                   NO. 75, DAYTONA HEIGHTS INTERCEPTOR, TRACT
                   NO. 107, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
       OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 

       the purchase of a sewer easement from Gary M. Disheroon and 
Debbie
       S. Disheroon, relative to Contract No. 75, Daytona Heights
       Interceptor, Tract No. 107, for a total consideration of
       $2,125.00.
